Our mission is to team with parents and
educators and use sports as a vehicle for success in life.
- Jazz Perazic
received her BA from the University of Maryland in 1983. Her jersey
(#4) was retired that same year. She was inducted in the University
of Maryland Hall of Fame. In addition, Jazz was named All American,
the ACC MVP, one of the top 50 athletes in the history of the ACC, one of
the top 25 women basketball players in the history of the Women’s ACC, a
two-time Olympian medal winner, and a former WNBA player.
- Danila Weatherly
received her BA from Rutgers University and her Masters
from the University of Maryland.
- Glenn Stokes,
Senior Coach
- Chris Weller received
both her BA and Masters from the University of Maryland. She was the
Head Coach for Women’s Basketball at the University of Maryland from
1975 – 2001. She and her team made 10 Sweet Sixteen appearances, 8
Elite Eight, and 3 Final Four appearances. She has an unprecedented
8 ACC Championships. She is ranked the top 25 in all time coaching
wins. She was named National Coach of the Year in 1989, 1992, and
1993. She is a member of the US Olympic Committee. She was the
Head Coach of the US National team in 1986, 1992, and 1994.

Recruitment
- Tara Heiss received
her BS from the University of Maryland in 1979. Arguably, the best
point guard in the history of US women’s basketball. She was a
former US Olympic player and assistant women’s basketball coach at the
University of Maryland. Voted one of the top 50 athletes in the
history of the ACC athletics.
