The focus of our program will be on ball handling, offensive moves, shooting, a systematic approach to shooting, shot selection and creating space on offense. MD Sports staff will introduce drills that can improve (with repetition) first step quickness, explosiveness, ability to change direction and jumping ability. Each class will be tailored to meet the specific needs of its participants. Every session will include one hour of skill work through demonstration and practice; and one hour of scrimmage.
